I believe that every organism holds the innate capacity to heal themselves. However this process may not be a linear one, and could take the majority of one's lifespan to work through past traumas or negative behavioral patterns. I consider myself an Accelerationist; through my work in Somatic Psychotherapy, Onotological Coaching, and yoga I have found that honoring the mind-body connection, and deepening one's understanding of it, creates the capacity to effect immediate change within ourselves. The body holds a memory of every past action, emotion, or even thought that we've ever had. It is my life's work to help people tap into the wisdom held in the body and harness it to reach their maximum potential.
